PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support ongoing oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in oil and gas companies be highly proficient in Excel especially for managing timesheets and be ready to join immediately. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and manage daily/weekly/monthly project timesheets using Excel. Track and update manpower reports attendance records and leave schedules. Support project managers and engineers with administrative documentation. Assist in preparing project reports status updates and presentations. Maintain and organize project documentation including contracts invoices and correspondence. Coordinate with various departments (HR Finance Procurement) to ensure smooth project operations. Handle general office administration tasks relevant to project sites or project offices. Ensure compliance with company procedures and project guidelines. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Administrator in oil and gas projects. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel especially in formulas pivot tables and data organization. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must be immediately available to join.
