Working closely with the Programming Manager youll coordinate the planning scheduling and execution of dynamic content from talent bookings to show timelines ensuring every element is aligned polished and ready to go live.What Youll DoSupport the creation and management of event programming schedules content formats and calendarsCoordinate with artists speakers performers and cultural partners on logistics deliverables and requirementsLiaise with internal teams (creative production operations) to align programming goals and feasibilityTrack contracts technical riders and program assets ensuring all materials are submitted on timeManage databases programming grids and run-of-shows with accuracy and updatesAssist with onsite event execution including rehearsals show cues and talent managementConduct research on new talent cultural trends and experiential formats to inform future programmingDocument post-event reports programming feedback and performance metricsAbout You Ultra-Organised You live and breathe structure precision and deadlines Fast-Moving Youre quick to respond plan ahead and pivot when needed Relationship Builder You know how to manage talent and partners with professionalism and charm Cool Under Pressure You thrive in high-energy environments and stay calm on show day Culturally Curious You bring passion for art music performance and immersive storytelling Collaborative Youre a team player who can coordinate across departments with clarityWhat You Need to Apply 2 years of experience in event programming content coordination or cultural project delivery Proven ability to manage schedules talent communications and cross-functional workflows Strong knowledge of live event production and technical requirements Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic a plus Bachelors degree in Event Management Media Arts or related field Excellent command of Microsoft Office Google Suite Airtable/Trello or other project management tools Based in the UAE with full working rightsYour Application Will Stand Out If You: Have experience working on public festivals large-scale cultural events or brand experiences Can work flexible hours including evenings and weekends during event periods Bring a no-task-too-small mindset and a solutions-first attitudeRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Aviation Safety,Arabic Speaking,Information Technology Sales,JQuery,Db2 Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
