Programme Manager – Smart Metering

The Programme Manager will lead the overall Smart Metering Programme in the UAE ensuring coordinated delivery across Meters communications services HES MDMS IT and Testing streams. The role oversees planning governance and performance monitoring to achieve programme objectives on time and within budget. Strong leadership stakeholder management and strategic delivery experience in large multi-vendor environments are essential. Lead overall programme governance planning and execution. Coordinate all project streams and interdependencies. Manage stakeholder engagement with client and partner organisations. Monitor risks budget timelines and scope adherence. Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory and cybersecurity standards. Report progress and escalate issues through Talans PMO framework.Qualifications : 10 years of experience in programme delivery within utilities or smart metering. Proven experience managing multi-vendor multi-stream programmes. Strong communication and leadership skills in multicultural environments.
