Programme Manager – Network & Infrastructure Transformation

Job Type: ContractualJob location-Dubai(Onsite)Role Purpose:The Programme Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise network and infrastructure transformation initiatives. This is a hands‑on role responsible for planning, executing, and ensuring successful delivery of the programme with proper governance, structure, and control.The role requires close collaboration with internal teams (Infrastructure, Networks, Security, Architecture) and external partners to ensure all workstreams are aligned, tracked, and delivered on time with full visibility of progress, risks, and outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Own the complete programme lifecycle from planning to execution and transition to BAU (Business As Usual)Ensure delivery within scope, timelines, and expected outcomesDevelop and maintain detailed programme plansTrack milestones, deliverables, and overall progressDrive workstreams and ensure accountability across teamsMaintain delivery momentum and pace3. Governance & ReportingEstablish and manage programme governance (SteerCo, working groups, etc.)Track decisions, actions, and dependenciesProvide regular executive updates and dashboards4. Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with Infrastructure, Networks, Security, Engineering, and Operations teamsAlign internal stakeholders and external partners on goals and delivery expectationsIdentify, track, and resolve risks, issues, and blockersEnsure timely escalation and resolution6. Change & Delivery ControlEnforce strong governance and change control processesEnsure scope control and avoid duplication or misalignmentManage delivery from vendors, partners, and service providersEnsure quality, accountability, and adherence to timelinesMonitor programme investments (CapEx) and initiativesEnsure alignment with programme priorities and approvals9. Quality AssuranceEnsure all deliverables meet quality standards and programme objectivesSupport smooth transition into BAUEnsure expected outcomes like stability, scalability, and performance are achievedKey Requirements:10+ years of experience in programme management within network and infrastructure environmentsStrong experience managing large-scale, complex transformation programmesSolid understanding of network technologies (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, Firewalls, Cloud Networking)Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or similar technologies is preferredFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environmentsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working with vendors and managed service providersAbility to manage risks, dependencies, and multiple workstreams effectivelyStrong governance, reporting, and delivery management experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
