Programme Director (EOI)

JASARA PMC is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from highly experienced and strategic Programme Director for Oil and Gas to lead our initiatives in this critical sector. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex oil and gas programmes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder expectations. Your leadership will drive optimum performance across all projects, enhancing operational efficiency and maximizing value for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of the overall programme strategy for oil and gas projects, ensuring robust planning and resource allocationManage multiple project teams, providing guidance and direction to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetFacilitate collaboration between clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align goals and optimize programme outcomesImplement risk management strategies at the programme level, monitoring and addressing potential issues proactivelyEnsure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards applicable to oil and gas operationsPrepare and present programme updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and challengesEngage with industry partners, government authorities, and stakeholders to foster relationships and enhance programme visibilityContinuously evaluate programme performance and identify opportunities for improvement and innovationRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, a Master's degree is preferredProfessional membership is a must - PMI, RICS, ICE, etcAt least 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with significant experience in programme and project managementAt least 5 years of relevant experience in Saudi ArabiaInternational PMC or EPC contractor experienceExperience in EPC/LSTK contractsProven track record of successfully managing large-scale oil and gas programmesDeep understanding of oil and gas operations, project lifecycle, and industry standardsStrong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholdersFlexible location, preferably Riyadh or Khobar with domestic travel requiredImmediately available or at least 30 days notice period#J-18808-Ljbffr
