Program Manager

<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>The Program Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing a group of interrelated projects within a strategic program, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and successful delivery across scope, schedule, and budget. This role focuses on managing complex programs in the events and large-scale activations sector, coordinating multiple project managers, and maintaining operational excellence.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and manage programs that encompass multiple related projects aligned with strategic goals.</li><li>Oversee program performance in terms of scope, schedule, cost, and quality while ensuring KPIs are achieved.</li><li>Supervise and mentor project managers, providing strategic direction and resolving escalated issues.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.</li><li>Prepare and present regular progress and performance reports to senior management.</li><li>Manage relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and government entities.</li><li>Identify and mitigate program-level risks, ensuring continuity and stability across all projects.</li><li>Implement and enhance program management methodologies in alignment with PMI standards.</li><li>Conduct post-program evaluations and ensure lessons learned are captured and applied.</li><li>Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and financial governance.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.</li><li>PMP Certification is required.</li><li>PgMP Certification is preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management or large-scale public activations.</li><li>Proven experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent project management tools.</li><li>Solid understanding of PMI’s Standard for Program Management and governance frameworks.</li><li>Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and performance indicators effectively.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
