Job Title: Program Manager – Supply Chain FinanceContract: Yearly RenewableRole Summary:The Program Manager – Supply Chain Finance will lead strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing working capital, improving cash flow, and enhancing financial performance across the supply chain. The role involves managing end-to-end program delivery, implementing supply chain finance solutions, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams and financial institutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead and deliver supply chain finance programs from initiation to completionDevelop and execute working capital optimization strategies (payables, receivables, inventory)Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations to implement supplier financing solutionsDrive the implementation of supply chain finance platforms and digital toolsManage program timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectationsWork with banks and financial institutions to structure financing solutionsTrack program performance through KPIs and report progress to leadershipIdentify opportunities to improve cash flow, cost efficiency, and supplier relationshipsEnsure alignment with organizational financial and operational strategiesFacilitate cross‑functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiativesRequired Skills & Experience:Proven experience in program management or supply chain financeStrong knowledge of working capital management and financial processesExperience with solutions such as reverse factoring and dynamic discountingAbility to manage complex cross‑functional programs and stakeholdersExperience working with banks or financial institutionsStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication and multitasking abilitiesCertifications such as PMP, CFA, or CIMA are an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
