The role involves managing end-to-end program delivery, implementing supply chain finance solutions, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams and financial institutions.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Lead and deliver supply chain finance programs from initiation to completion</li><li>Develop and execute working capital optimization strategies (payables, receivables, inventory)</li><li>Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations to implement supplier financing solutions</li><li>Drive the implementation of supply chain finance platforms and digital tools</li><li>Manage program timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations</li><li>Work with banks and financial institutions to structure financing solutions</li><li>Track program performance through KPIs and report progress to leadership</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve cash flow, cost efficiency, and supplier relationships</li><li>Ensure alignment with organizational financial and operational strategies</li><li>Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul><h3>Required Skills&Experience:</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in program management or supply chain finance</li><li>Strong knowledge of working capital management and financial processes</li><li>Experience with solutions such as reverse factoring and dynamic discounting</li><li>Ability to manage complex cross‑functional programs and stakeholders</li><li>Experience working with banks or financial institutions</li><li>Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Excellent communication and multitasking abilities</li><li>Certifications such as PMP, CFA, or CIMA are an advantage.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
