Program Manager SSD AMET - Fulfillment Acceleration

An innovative Program Manager with superior analytical and planning abilities and preferred experience in Supply Chain / Logistics. Must have knowledge and experience in directtocustomer fulfillment operations as well as excellent technical problemsolving and communication skills.Key Job ResponsibilitiesLaunching new programs to accelerate speed (Dark Store SSD Direct customer deliveries etc)Setting up the network and Transportation configurations (NDC Fulfillment experience (FX) charters across across all emerging markets)Program managing the launch of new systems . tools dashboards processes as well as undertaking cost/speed improvement projectsWork with cross functional/cross country teams spanning finance operations 3PL tech to set up the processes for maintaining the Configurations as well in driving improvements in existing fulfillmentDirectly responsible for senior leadership reviews on this programsQualifications3 years of program or project management experience3 years of working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams experience3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experienceBachelors degreeKnowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQLExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience3 years of driving process improvements experienceExperience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organizationExperience building processes project management and schedulesOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
