For more information on Hill, please visit our website at www.hillintl.com.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions for the construction project.Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.Communicate with the Clients representatives continuously regarding Project Progress and areas of concerns.Develop and administer project budgets and fiscal controls, contracts, and quality control provisions.Direct work sequencing to expedite projects delivery and to minimize disruption of ongoing operations.Ensure that projects operations are in compliance with design specifications and with client requirements.Additional RequirementsInforms themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and SkillsBachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.Minimum 20 years' experience in managing large-scale infrastructure water programs consist of multiple projects.Experience of major government and/or semi-government program and projects implementations.Extensive Experience in the construction management of water and wastewater works.Experience of implementing a zero-accident philosophy.A record of engagement with government entities / utility providers.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience of working internationally.#J-18808-Ljbffr
