Job Description

OverviewThe ROW SHARP team is looking for a program role. This position you will be responsible for (1) rolling out WW features to AMET (2) conducting product benchmarks with US/EU/ROW and SIC (3) building inhouse tools when it can’t be prioritized by the tech team (4) solving UTR system issues during new store hub launches (tier1) and BAU (tier2). You will work with tech, configuration, business, and ops teams to optimize the operation systems. You will partner with product and tech teams to drive permanent solutions for frequent issues. This is an individual contributor position that requires a strong sense of business and operations, deep understanding of the UTR systems, customer obsession, and a willingness to dive deep.
