In this role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to align on common practices, policies, and prioritization across central teams, including planning, operations, change management, and business development.You will lead key charters focused on improving cash and package hygiene, resolving quality defects, strengthening performance management mechanisms—including the offboarding of underperforming partners—and enhancing onboarding frameworks to ensure consistent quality.
