Program Manager, MENATR 3P Seller Reimbursements

Sellers form the core of our Amazon marketplace business. In this business we manage a thin line between managing Seller Experience and arresting defects and cost leakages. Getting this balance right is crucial to driving the marketplace flywheel faster and stronger.Amazon is looking for a leader to ensure that policies, processes and operational excellence are met across fulfillment channels and MENA locales for everything related to reimbursements while maintaining a very high bar for seller experience.The role will also be responsible for driving the reimbursement and reporting strategies.
