Program Manager

Summary:The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing data-related programs and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with organizational strategy through effective governance, communication, and Agile practices.Responsibilities:Lead and oversee multiple data-related programs and projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful delivery.Apply Agile practices using tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Confluence to monitor progress and performance.Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to achieve defined objectives.Provide strategic direction, guidance, and performance oversight to project managers and teams.Ensure proper reporting, governance, and decision-making at the program level.Qualifications & requirements:Strong experience in Program and Portfolio Management.Solid understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Confluence.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.3–5 years of hands-on experience in Program or Portfolio Management, preferably within data-focused projects.Languages:Arabic – Mother tongueEnglish – Native/FluentPreferred Certifications:PMP / PgMP / RMP (PMI)Agile certifications#J-18808-Ljbffr
