Program Manager

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Program Manager to design, manage, and execute a portfolio of startup-focused programs within Innovation City.This role will play a critical part in supporting founders and early-stage companies throughout their journey—from initial setup and onboarding to growth, market access, and scaling. The ideal candidate is passionate about startups, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is excited about building impactful programs from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute end-to-end startup programs, including onboarding, incubation, and growth initiativesAct as the primary point of contact for startups, ensuring a seamless and high-quality founder experienceSupport startups in their setup and relocation process, coordinating with internal and external stakeholdersFacilitate connections between startups and key ecosystem players, including corporates, partners, and mentorsOrganize and manage program activities such as workshops, mentorship sessions, and networking eventsTrack startup progress, gather feedback, and continuously improve program effectivenessCollaborate cross-functionally with partnerships, marketing, and operations teams to drive program successMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on program outcomesQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field3–6 years of experience in startup ecosystems, accelerators, incubators, venture capital platforms, or innovation hubsStrong understanding of startups, entrepreneurship, and early-stage business challengesProven experience managing programs, projects, or communitiesTechnical & Functional SkillsProgram and project managementStakeholder management and coordinationData tracking and reportingEvent and workshop executionFamiliarity with startup tools, ecosystems, and trendsCore CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with excellent attention to detailProactive and solution-oriented mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPassion for startups, innovation, and ecosystem building#J-18808-Ljbffr
