Job Description

Job Description As a Program Manager I at the company, your role involves leading the Electrical sector Americas business growth and plant support programs for end-to-end developments and successful launch in the end markets for RWD business. You will collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams, PLMs, and engineering teams to achieve ES Americas-RWD business objectives and drive critical projects in alignment with the business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Influence and secure baseline business case expectations with key stakeholders, covering scope, benefit, cost, assumptions, risks/opportunities, key milestones, and alternate implementation scenarios. - Lead cross-functional teams to ensure commercial, technical, and manufacturing readiness levels are established for start of production. - Establish organizational resource management plans to define core team member requirements, work package approver roles, and decision gate committee member engagement throughout the project duration. - Utilize program management standard work processes, tools, systems, and performance measures to maintain operational cadence, agility, and transparency during project execution. - Develop and implement effective internal and external stakeholder communication strategies to address customer, internal leadership, and core team needs for the project duration. - Tailor messaging effectively and lead project/program reviews with multiple levels of leadership to facilitate robust decision-making and risk mitigation. - Lead projects and cross-functional teams in developing scope, requirements, business cases, integrated project plans, communication plans, resource requirements, budgets, and issue tracking; identify critical path dependencies and risks; develop risk mitigation plans; drive resolution between functions. - Develop program management tools and methodologies to enhance project execution, including ProPM, PMR, DGC, JDIs, P-Reviews, and Six Sigma toolsets. - Ensure quality of all PROLaunch project documentation, including foundational and functional project documents like charters, communication plans, and project rosters.
