About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Security to lead and maintain key security compliance programs in alignment with defense and regulatory standards. This role is critical in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information across our organization. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of defense‑related compliance frameworks, strong program management skills, and a collaborative mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity Compliance & Framework ManagementManage and oversee security compliance programs aligned with defense and government standards.Implement, maintain, and continuously improve security frameworks.Ensure ongoing readiness for certification, accreditation, and regulatory obligations.Policy & DocumentationDevelop, update, and enforce security policies, procedures, standards, and documentation.Maintain detailed compliance records to ensure auditability and transparency.Cross‑Functional CollaborationWork closely with engineering, IT, operations, and program teams to ensure secure processes and aligned compliance practices.Act as a trusted advisor on security requirements and regulatory expectations.Risk Management & Incident ResponseIdentify security risks and drive comprehensive mitigation strategies.Support incident response efforts, reporting, and continuous security monitoring activities.Security Leadership & GovernanceProvide guidance on industry best practices, emerging regulatory landscape, and security program maturity.Promote a culture of security awareness across the organization.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.5+ years of experience in security program or compliance management within a defense or highly regulated environment.In-depth knowledge of defense and government security compliance standards and frameworks, including those commonly used in regulated and national security environments.Strong understanding of audit processes, risk management, and technical security controls.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CAP, PMP) are a strong advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
