Amazons Unified Alternate Fulfillment channel (UAF) team is looking for an experienced Program Manager for regional program management across Africa, Middle53h East, and Turkey (AMET region) to expand the network of Seller Flex, Vendor Flex, and Direct fulfillment channels.Our Program Managers are always thinking about the bigger picture. The UAF channels allow Amazon to fulfill customer orders directly from our vendor/seller warehouse, offering millions of new selections while holding the same Prime bar of customer experience (CX) as provided by Amazon FCs.Qualifications3 years of program or project management experience3 years of working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metricsBachelor’s degreeKnowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQLExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements3 years of driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership3 years of driving process improvementsExperience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organizationExperience building processes, project management, and schedules\ecastOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
