<div><h3>Program Manager, Amazon Customer Excellence System, Amazon Now</h3><p>Job ID: 3195398 | Afaq - Warehouse Branch</p><p>Do you pioneer, solve complex problems, and focus first on our customers? Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment operations seeks an experienced leader in KSA to broaden Ultra‑Fast Grocery operations. You will redefine the service, build it for new customers, and drive improvements across the Amazon Now stores.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Act as the key link between local operations and country business teams to drive innovation and maintain best‑practice standards.</li><li>Support project execution across multiple functions and resolve interdisciplinary issues amicably.</li><li>Hold functions accountable for deliverables and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.</li><li>Partner closely with Rest‑of‑World countries to implement and share best practices.</li><li>Maintain Health and Safety standards, fostering an inspiring safety culture on site.</li><li>Provide operational leadership: measure performance, offer feedback, and support talent development.</li><li>Drive continuous‑improvement projects that optimize operations, productivity, and cost objectives.</li><li>Plan strategically for peak seasons and support network‑wide initiatives.</li><li>Write and articulate leadership updates, MBRs, and QBRs.</li><li>Establish objectives and metrics for safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience.</li><li>Equip your team with tools for success and use data‑driven decisions to improve productivity and efficiency.</li></ul><h3>Basic Qualifications</h3><ul><li>2+ years of program or project management experience.</li><li>3+ years of experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.</li><li>3+ years of maintenance planning/scheduling in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution.</li><li>Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full‑time experience.</li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.</li><li>Experience with MS Access and SQL.</li><li>Experience gathering requirements and drafting detailed requirement documents.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Projects software.</li><li>Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation, and maintenance.</li><li>Experience working in an analytical environment with cross‑functional teams.</li></ul><p>Amazon is an equal‑opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
