MashreqBankJOB DESCRIPTIONJob TitleProgram Director, GTB Digital Transformation – PMODepartmentCIBG - GTBDirect SupervisorHead of PMO GTBJob PurposeThe Program Delivery Director is responsible for end-to-end project and program management of large‑scale transformation initiatives across CIBG, IBG transformation portfolio. The role provides centralized delivery leadership across business, functional, operational, and technology dimensions, ensuring disciplined planning, execution, governance, and control. The incumbent is responsible for delivering complex corporate and digital banking solutions in line with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards, while meeting internal and external stakeholder expectations.The Program Director leads the planning, estimation, execution, and delivery of GTB and Transformation Office programs and projects, including demand management, budgeting, resourcing, risk management, and delivery governance. The role ensures projects are executed on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards, with oversight of testing strategy and execution, quality and compliance controls, and post‑implementation production stability. The incumbent works closely with business and technology leaders to align change initiatives with the Bank’s strategic objectives and to ensure stakeholder expectations are met. As a member of the Mashreq Bank–wide Transformation Office, the role actively contributes to the continuous improvement of the Bank’s transformation, delivery, and project management capabilities.The Digital Delivery Program Director will be part of the Mashreq bank wide Transformation Office and as such is expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Mashreq’s transformation capabilities.Key Result AreasLead the program transformation office delivery Master Plan which incorporates all the initiatives defined as pillars of the CIBG/IBG portfolio, each Initiative having a concrete Project Plan that will be part of the consolidated Transformation Project Plan.Define milestones and necessary activities/tasks to be performed, proper allocation of resources and responsibilities, timelines, dependencies, critical paths and contingency actions for deviations.Agree the master plan with stakeholders and present recommendations to the Steering Committee.Coordinate the Plan executions including all steps of the process – design, development, testing, roll out and stabilization.Include activities that complement the Transformation Program such as building blocks of an Ecosystem.Manage the business case that supports the Program, its development and approval, also including Finance teams to provide the necessary funding; each activity tracked in line with approved budget.Perform reporting with the highest standards – accurate, timely and well organized.Vendor Management: connect with all vendors participating in the program, coordinating their activities and outputs.Design the necessary project plans to engage customers in the process, following the defined customer journey initiative.Execute the Front to Back transformation initiatives, coordinating all necessary areas of the Bank that should participate – front, middle and back office, and facilitate the necessary project plans to assure proper and integral integration of ongoing digital initiatives, ensuring consistency and avoiding duplication of efforts.Coordinate the participation across all countries where the Bank has decided to implement the solution (Global Scope).Own each Governance instance defined to conduct the Program, including Steering Committees, Project and Working ones, and all working meetings with internal and external participants of the initiatives.Manage Governance sessions – organization of the sessions, identification of representatives, preparation of documents/materials, animation, minutes, identification of action items, reporting of progress, deviation and mitigated actions; each action tracked post sessions.Work closely with vendors to ensure solutions are technically compliant.Provide leadership and knowledge on agile implementation methodologies.Engage in functional and technical solution design, build/integration, testing, deployment and maintenance of end-to-end solutions meeting business needs.Partner with the business to understand requirements, align to strategy, principles and reference architecture, and shape the solution accordingly.Keep up-to-date on new technology, standards, protocols and tools in areas relevant to the rapidly changing digital environment.Provide solutions and technology leadership across a range of corporate banking technologies such as Mobile/Web Frameworks, Portals, Web Content Management and Collaboration Platforms.Manage program and stakeholders from various business and Operations functional areas.Problem SolvingBalance conflicting requirements and needs of team members and project stakeholders for optimal outcome.Full compliance with the change manag
