Experience and QualificationUniversity Degree in Technology, Management or equivalentMBA or equivalent master’s degree is preferred.Proven leadership of enterprise CRM or front-office platform transformationsDirect experience with CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or Dynamics365), SalesforceExperience working with Lighthouse CRM or comparable CRM platformsStrong exposure to Wholesale Banking and Investment Banking & Markets environmentsExperience delivering transformation under regulatory and control scrutinyMinimum experience of 12+ years in program leadership roles in bankingManagement of budgets of 50m AED onwards at a minimumTrack benefits realization and value deliveryExtensive experience in global tier 1 banking environments with a background in management consulting ideallyExperience operating under regulatory scrutiny and audit environmentsDemonstrated success managing complex stakeholder and vendor landscapesStrong regulatory and risk mindsetThis is a front-to-back role, so candidates from a purely IT background will less likely be considered over candidates with front-to-back experienceCertification(s) such SAFe, Prince2 or PMP mandatory#J-18808-Ljbffr
