Job TitleProfessional Educator – SkinJob OverviewThe Professional Educator – Skin will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, training, and brand support to professional salons and spas across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, enhancing product knowledge, ensuring treatment excellence, and driving sell-through by supporting accounts through education, activation, and technical expertise.This role works closely with Sales and Brand teams to support account growth, new openings, and key client activations while maintaining the highest standards of brand representation for skin brand.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver professional skincare education and technical training on Skin products and treatments to salons, spas, and beauty institutes.Conduct in-salon trainings, workshops, demonstrations, and brand launches.Support the sales team in new account openings, account conversions, and key client activations.Ensure correct product usage, treatment protocols, and brand guidelines are consistently followed across all accounts.Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, therapists, and spa managers.Provide ongoing technical support, follow-ups, and refresher trainings to maximize treatment performance and sell-through.Participate in brand‑related events, exhibitions, promotions, and marketing activities.Collect market feedback and share insights with Brand and Management teams to support continuous improvement.RequirementsProven experience as a Skincare Educator, Therapist, or Trainer, preferably with professional skincare brands.Strong knowledge of facial treatments, skincare routines, and professional protocols (Thalgo experience is a strong advantage).Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Brand, and Marketing teams.Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.Based in Abu Dhabi and willing to travel across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.Strong technical and product knowledge in professional skincare.Passion for education, coaching, and brand excellence.Customer‑focused with strong relationship‑building skills.Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple training schedules.#J-18808-Ljbffr
