Production Team Leader

Monitors production equipment downtime and report. Allocate and utilize the staff according to production plan. Ensures staffs are following daily procedures. Ensures safety of the staff. Coordinates with maintenance to resolve immediate action on equipment failures. Coordinates with quality control and monitoring of production line to achieve quality standards set. Responsible for executing production plan. Ensure the filler down time measure and its operational tasks. Ensure the line productivity targets are achieved. Ensure the Packing yield loss measure. Ensure the Production Productivity measure are manage. Ensure the Schedule Compliance measure. Ensure the Production Planning and Control are managed. Gather, crate and analyze production related reports. Provides direct supervision to assigned employees for the specific task given Provides mentoring and coaching for the staff Identify and work to resolve production related issues Provides direct supervision to assigned employees for the specific task given Provides mentoring, coaching, motivate and production staffs (during the assigned shift) to obtain the highest levels of productivity and optimum utilization of manpower, equipment and material. Evaluate the performance of production staffs (operators and production assistants) Look at avenues to improve line efficiency and people management Develops and recommends improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality and efficiency
