Dedicated to driving energy transitions, Wasco collaborates with industry stakeholders to enhance green value chains and foster a sustainable future for the energy sector.</p><h3>Specific Position as Structural Supervisor</h3><h3>Job Responsibility</h3><ul><li>Lead and supervise the structural team to achieve daily targets as per the project schedule.</li><li>Arrange daily job tasks, manage manpower loading, and provide material estimations to ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Monitor and control daily progress and quality of work, ensuring all activities meet QA/QC and engineering standards.</li><li>Guarantee that all site activities follow the correct procedures and strictly adhere to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols.</li><li>Act as a key point of contact between the Project Management Team (PMT), Engineering, Clients, Vendors, and Subcontractors.</li><li>Generate and provide accurate reports on work progress, resource utilization, and site conditions.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</li><li>Minimum of 5 years in Oil&Gas construction or EPC projects.</li><li>Expert knowledge in Structural work, with a strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.</li><li>Proven track record in handling site teams and managing resources effectively under project deadlines.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
