Production Supervisor

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a well‑established and diversified group of companies in the UAE looking for a Production Supervisor to manage shift operations within their wooden pallet manufacturing unit. The role involves overseeing carpenters and helpers, ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining quality standards, optimizing resource utilization, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Production Supervisor will ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines while contributing to an efficient, high‑performance work environment.ResponsibilitiesSupervise carpenters and helpers during assigned shifts and ensure tasks are carried out as directed by the Senior Production Executive.Manage daily production activities, monitor workflow, and ensure timely completion of work orders.Identify and resolve operational challenges, bottlenecks, and delays to maintain consistent production output.Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and support cost‑effective operations.Oversee the proper use of manpower, raw materials, and equipment to achieve production targets.Enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet required specifications and industry standards.Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and QHSE guidelines.Maintain a positive and disciplined work environment, encouraging teamwork and accountability.Train, guide, and develop carpenters and helpers to strengthen their skills and performance.Support departmental improvements and carry out additional duties assigned by management as needed.Requirements2–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably within wooden pallet manufacturing.Understanding of pallet production processes, machinery, and operational workflows.Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and safety standards.Commitment to QHSE compliance and continuous improvement.BenefitsAttractive Salary + Benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
