Job Description Role Overview: As a Production Specialist at Deutsche Bank's AFC Production Services in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role as an Assistant Vice President in driving the successful adoption of organizational change initiatives and optimizing operational processes within the AFC Production Services. Your responsibilities will involve providing technical L2 application support for business applications and leading the planning and execution of change management strategies and plans for key initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning and execution of change management strategies and plans, particularly related to cloud adoption and new technology implementations within AFC Production Services. - Conduct comprehensive change impact assessments to identify risks, challenges, and opportunities associated with new processes, systems, and organizational shifts. - Engage stakeholders at all levels, building strong sponsor coalitions and fostering a culture of collaboration for change initiatives. - Oversee Problem Management process end-to-end, ensuring timely identification, root cause analysis, and resolution of recurring incidents. - Drive continuous improvement of Problem Management methodologies leveraging ITIL best practices and aligning with evolving technology landscape. - Act as a key stakeholder and subject matter expert for ServiceNow, supporting IT Service Management processes. - Analyze existing operational processes within AFC Production Services to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. - Define, design, and implement optimized processes to enhance operational efficiency and improve application stability. - Lead post-mortem and root cause analysis activities for significant incidents, applying ITIL standards to identify systemic issues. - Provide strategic oversight and guidance to L3 and Release Management teams supporting applications globally. - Work in shifts covering APAC and EMEA hours and provide weekend on-call coverage as needed. Qualifications Required: - 7-12 years of IT experience with a focus on application support, change management, or process improvement roles. - Strong expertise in Change Management frameworks and ITIL principles. - Proficiency in JIRA, ServiceNow, and cloud products like Google Cloud Platform. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or IT-related discipline. - Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills. - Ability to proactively identify change-related risks and define effective mitigation strategies. - Strong stakeholder management skills and project management experience.
