Production Planning Control & Material Coordinator (Offshore Construction / EPC)

About This Role:Own day-to-day lookahead planning + progress tracking + material availability coordination to ensure Workfront readiness offshore/onshore yards, avoiding downtime due to missing materials, late deliveries, or planning gaps.Reporting line:Usually reports to Project Controls / Construction Manager, working closely with planning engineer(s), warehouse, expediting, and subcontractors.Key responsibilities:Build and maintain short-term & medium-term plans (daily/weekly lookaheads) aligned with project baseline schedule.Track progress and productivity, highlight constraints, and issue recovery actions with construction leads.Coordinate material status: MTO follow-up, delivery tracking, MR/PR status, expediting interface, and site material reconciliation.Ensure “Workfront ready packs: drawings latest revision, permits, materials, tools/equipment availability.Maintain planning and material logs, produce weekly dashboards, and support client reporting.Requirements (typical):Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or Supply ChainExperience in EPC planning + material coordination 8+ years)Tools: Primavera P6 or MS Project (planning exposure), Excel (advanced), ERP/material tracking exposure (SAP is a plus)#J-18808-Ljbffr
