About the job Production Manager - SignageJob Description:Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Production / Factory Manager to oversee the manufacturing and operations of signage and outdoor media products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring quality control, optimizing workflow, and leading factory staff to meet production targets and deadlines efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Operations Management:Oversee end-to-end production of signage and outdoor media projects.Plan and schedule workflows, material procurement, and resource allocation.Ensure efficient production processes to meet client specifications and deadlines.Quality Control & Compliance:Implement quality control standards to maintain high production quality.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and UAE labor laws.Conduct inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.Manage and supervise factory workers, production teams, and technicians.Provide training and skill development for factory staff.Foster a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.Cost & Inventory Management:Monitor material usage, minimize waste, and control production costs.Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for raw materials.Optimize factory efficiency through cost-effective production techniques.Process Improvement & Troubleshooting:Identify and implement workflow enhancements for increased productivity.Resolve production issues, machinery breakdowns, and operational bottlenecks.Introduce automation and process optimization strategies.Key RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.10 years of experience in factory/production management within the signage and outdoor media industry. (Required)Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of signage manufacturing, digital printing, fabrication, and installation processes.Proficiency in factory management software, ERP systems, and inventory tools.Understanding of safety protocols, quality assurance, and maintenance procedures.Soft Skills:Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
