Production Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Production Manager to oversee our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing with a proven track record in managing audits and implementing SAP systems. Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Management:Oversee and manage all aspects of pharmaceutical production ensuring efficient and compliant operations.Develop, implement and optimize production plans and schedules aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements.Monitor production processes, address issues promptly and ensure adherence to quality standards.SAP Implementation and Optimization:Lead the implementation, configuration and optimization of SAP Production Planning (PP) and other relevant modules.Collaborate with IT and SAP consultants to tailor solutions to production needs.Provide training and support to production staff on SAP functionalities.Quality and Compliance:Ensure strict adherence to pharmaceutical industry standards Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.Prepare for and manage internal and external audits including regulatory inspections and certifications.Implement and oversee corrective and preventive actions to address audit findings.Continuous Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.Apply lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.Analyze production data to drive informed decision‑making.Team Leadership and Development:Manage, mentor and develop the production team fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.Resource Management:Oversee the management of production resources including manpower, equipment and materials.Develop and control production budgets to ensure cost‑effective operations.Ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of production equipment.Supplier and Vendor Management:Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components.Address and resolve supplier‑related issues and drive improvements in the supply chain.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation related to production processes.Provide timely and detailed reports on production performance to senior management.QualificationsPharmacist graduate with any advanced degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.Proven experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) and other relevant SAP modules.Extensive experience in managing audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.SkillsStrong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.In‑depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP and regulatory standards.Proficiency in SAP PP and related modules with hands‑on experience in SAP implementation.Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.Ability to drive continuous improvement and manage complex production operations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
