Job Description

Job Description As a Production Head at mCaffeine, your role involves providing solutions to issues related to Production, Quality & Manufacturing units. You will be responsible for looking for the best alternatives for existing processes, raw materials, and packaging materials. Additionally, you will work closely with the New Product Development team to expand into new categories and products, as well as improve the current portfolio. Your main focus will be on creating systems and processes that ensure First Time Right (FTR), meet cost parameters, and achieve On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery benchmarks. Your key responsibilities include: - Assessing project and resource requirements and planning accordingly. - Determining quality control standards and developing processes to scale the system to 3x. - Planning production schedules and managing over 15 million units across 7 manufacturing locations. - Coordinating and collaborating with the Procurement team and cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of initiatives, such as conversion optimization and improving delivery and customer experience. - Analyzing manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and processes for quality upgrades and continuous improvement, with a focus on reducing rejections and enhancing quality standards. - Being authorized to prepare, issue, and review quality documents as the authorized person from the next senior level. - Maintaining Management Information System (MIS) and conducting regular meetings for daily/monthly production targets to assist senior management in critical decision-making. Qualifications and Experience required: - MBA, PG in operations, or equivalent degree. - 4+ years of relevant experience. - Willingness to travel to production hubs once or twice a quarter. - Experience in handling production departments independently. - Knowledge of basic manufacturing process flows and the ability to create production plans based on demand requirements. - Proficiency in project management, resource planning, and stakeholder management.
