Working closely with internal teams and external partners you’ll manage resources timelines and technical requirements making sure every event runs like clockwork from concept to curtain call.What You’ll DoLead Event Production Plan: coordinate and oversee all aspects of event production from kickoff to post-event wrap.Manage Vendors & Partners: Select and supervise suppliers contractors and production crew to ensure quality and timeliness.Oversee Budgets & Logistics: Manage production budgets and logistics while optimizing for cost-efficiency and quality.Solve in Real-Time: Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure seamless execution under pressure.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work hand-in-hand with creative account and technical teams to align on project vision and delivery.Mentor & Lead: Inspire and grow the production team through hands-on leadership and development.About YouExperienced & Adaptable: 8-10 years in event production with 4 years in a leadership role.Resourceful & Solution-Oriented: Thrives in fast-paced environments and always finds a way forward.Detail-Obsessed: Nothing escapes your radar from safety to stage cues.People-Centered: Builds strong relationships with clients teams and vendors.Calm Under Pressure: Ready to take charge when things heat up on-site.What You Need to ApplyProven experience managing large-scale events from start to finish.Solid understanding of production workflows technical setups and vendor coordination.Bachelor’s degree in production Management or a related field.Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).Based in the UAE or open to relocation.Want to take center stage in bringing unforgettable experiences to life?
