Production Line Leader

Job Description As a Line Leader, your role involves managing production assembly lines and assisting your team to complete orders efficiently. You will be responsible for preparing various reports such as Production Report, Inspection Reports, and SOP check sheets. It is crucial to maintain records and documentation of the entire production process while ensuring a safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations. Your key responsibilities include: Supervising a team of workers to ensure they perform their duties efficiently Monitoring equipment performance and employee output to meet production goals Managing inventory of raw materials and finished goods to ensure materials availability Coordinating with other departments to determine the demand for the product Overseeing the production process to meet quality standards and customer requirements Collaborating with the Production Manager and higher management to coordinate production workflow Additionally, you are expected to have experience at a Senior Level to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of this role.
