Production Lead

The Production Lead will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily production activities of the production staff. This key position within the production team will ensure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.DescriptionCoordinate and supervise the daily production activities of assigned staffEnsure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner.Monitor production performance, identify areas of improvement, and take corrective action as needed.Ensure that production processes are carried out in accordance with established safety and quality standards.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.Train and mentor production staff in the use of equipment and processesMonitor and document employee attendance and performance.Develop and implement production schedules and workflows.Enforce company policies and procedures in a consistent and fair manner.Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.Troubleshoot production issues and resolve them in a timely manner.Qualifications, Experience & SkillsGraduated in bachelor’s degree (Engineering – Science)7+ years of experience in FMCG (food industry), with at least 2 years in a similar role.Experience in protein and frozen food categories is a strong plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
