Production Incharge/Manager

Job DescriptionCoordinate with the Project Manager/Engineer, Civil & MEP design teams, Factory In-Charge, Supervisors, Admin, Purchase team, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of production and site activities.Plan, coordinate, and control production and project execution, including pre-production planning, production scheduling, and site execution schedules.Ensure all technical, design, and execution requirements are in line with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and management-approved plans.Manage manpower and material requirements in coordination with Admin and Purchase teams to ensure uninterrupted production and site progress.Monitor production and site execution at each stage to ensure adherence to approved schedules, milestones, and handover requirements.Track workload, identify risks, propose corrective actions, and ensure project and production targets are achieved within timelines.Oversee manufacturing, fabrication, and installation activities to ensure quality of workmanship and materials meets contractual standards.Implement and monitor quality control procedures for workshop and site activities.Coordinate with clients, Project Manager, and execution teams for progress reviews, modifications, and completion stages.Prepare, maintain, and update daily production and site schedules, ensuring execution aligns with approved plans.Prepare and submit daily project/production status reports to management and monthly reports to the PM/HOD.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines at both factory and site locations.Job Category: Production Incharge/ ManagerDivision: Furniture FactoryJob Type: Full TimeJob Location: Umm Al QuwainExperience: 5-7 years in UAE#J-18808-Ljbffr
