Royal Joinery - Production ManagerRoyal Joinery has its own dedicated factory that serves high‑profile projects requiring international expertise and skilled craftsmanship. The focus is on carpentry and woodwork across a wide variety of sectors, delivering sophisticated, qualified experts and innovative techniques.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the entire production process within the joinery, wood factory, and fit‑out.Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer orders and project deadlines while optimizing resource utilisation.Contribute to the development and enhancement of production processes.Allocate manpower, machinery, and equipment efficiently to maximise production output.Implement quality control processes and conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.Monitor production costs, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and implement efficient production methods.Lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve targets and maintain a positive work environment.Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.Ensure health and safety compliance by enforcing protocols and regulations.Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages or excess stock.Generate production reports and performance metrics for management review.Provide guidance to production teams, collaborate with the design team, and troubleshoot operational challenges.Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Make recommendations for resource allocation and production optimisation.QualificationsAt least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a joinery company.Experience leading and coaching production supervisors and teams.Strong leadership, team management, and decision‑making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Technical KSAs / Certifications / EducationA degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.Expertise in woodworking machinery, equipment, and tools.Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies is advantageous.Proficiency in CAD software for design evaluation and production planning.Exceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.BenefitsWe offer a competitive benefits package for all successful candidates and a path towards a rewarding career within one of the leading family groups in the UAE.LocationMussafah, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.Company Websitehttps://www.uashe.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
