This role is key to maximizing output, ensuring high-quality standards, and aligning production capabilities with customer demand and operational goals.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><h3>Production Management</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement daily production plans that align with customer orders and overall operational objectives.</li><li>Ensure that production targets are consistently met while adhering to quality standards.</li><li>Monitor production workflows, adjusting processes as necessary to enhance efficiency and output.</li></ul><h3>Production Planning</h3><ul><li>Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to forecast demand and plan production schedules.</li><li>Optimize production processes to ensure timely delivery of finished products.</li></ul><h3>Team Leadership and Development</h3><ul><li>Lead, motivate, and develop the production team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.</li><li>Provide training and support to enhance team skills and operational efficiency.</li></ul><h3>Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting</h3><ul><li>Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and production delays.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to address operational challenges impacting production.</li></ul><h3>Reporting and Analysis</h3><ul><li>Prepare and present comprehensive reports on production performance, planning metrics, and team achievements to management.</li><li>Analyze production efficiency and quality metrics to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of relevant experience.</li><li>Strong understanding of production processes, planning techniques, and quality control.</li><li>Leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams to achieve objectives.</li><li>Analytical mindset to assess metrics and drive improvements.</li><li>Knowledge of construction chemicals and building materials is a plus.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.</li><li>Very good command of English, both written and spoken.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
