Production Engineer

Position OverviewDon Construction Products (DCP) is seeking a Production Engineer to oversee and optimize our production processes in KSA. This role is key to maximizing output, ensuring high-quality standards, and aligning production capabilities with customer demand and operational goals.ResponsibilitiesProduction ManagementDevelop and implement daily production plans that align with customer orders and overall operational objectives.Ensure that production targets are consistently met while adhering to quality standards.Monitor production workflows, adjusting processes as necessary to enhance efficiency and output.Production PlanningCollaborate with sales and logistics teams to forecast demand and plan production schedules.Optimize production processes to ensure timely delivery of finished products.Team Leadership and DevelopmentLead, motivate, and develop the production team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.Provide training and support to enhance team skills and operational efficiency.Problem-Solving and TroubleshootingAssist in troubleshooting production issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and production delays.Collaborate with other departments to address operational challenges impacting production.Reporting and AnalysisPrepare and present comprehensive reports on production performance, planning metrics, and team achievements to management.Analyze production efficiency and quality metrics to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.QualificationsFresh graduates or up to 2 years of relevant experience.Strong understanding of production processes, planning techniques, and quality control.Leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams to achieve objectives.Analytical mindset to assess metrics and drive improvements.Knowledge of construction chemicals and building materials is a plus.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Very good command of English, both written and spoken.#J-18808-Ljbffr
