With a strong commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and safety, the company has built a solid reputation across diverse industries.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Plan, determine, coordinate, and control the production/assembly of hazardous lighting.</li><li>Establish key guidelines and operating procedures for the effective operation of the Production Department.</li><li>Deliver quality engineering production solutions in response to development, manufacturing, assembly, and operational needs.</li><li>Ensure a strong and efficient teamwork culture within the production team.</li><li>Implement production schedules and plans in a timely and effective manner.</li><li>Direct production team members and introduce efficient production line methods.</li><li>Identify risks and implement appropriate mitigation actions.</li><li>Ensure understanding of and adherence to health and safety procedures.</li><li>Maintain awareness of developments in production engineering to enhance departmental capabilities.</li><li>Generate monthly production reports.</li><li>Ensure best practices are employed and seek innovative ways to improve efficiency.</li><li>Maintain close communication with local purchasing and sales teams to meet production commitments.</li><li>Ensure quality assurance across all production outputs.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field</li><li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of production/assembly processes for hazardous lighting and associated challenges</li><li>Proven leadership, time management, and communication skills</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
