With a strong commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and safety, the company has built a solid reputation across diverse industries.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, determine, coordinate, and control the production/assembly of hazardous lighting.Establish key guidelines and operating procedures for the effective operation of the Production Department.Deliver quality engineering production solutions in response to development, manufacturing, assembly, and operational needs.Ensure a strong and efficient teamwork culture within the production team.Implement production schedules and plans in a timely and effective manner.Direct production team members and introduce efficient production line methods.Identify risks and implement appropriate mitigation actions.Ensure understanding of and adherence to health and safety procedures.Maintain awareness of developments in production engineering to enhance departmental capabilities.Generate monthly production reports.Ensure best practices are employed and seek innovative ways to improve efficiency.Maintain close communication with local purchasing and sales teams to meet production commitments.Ensure quality assurance across all production outputs.RequirementsDegree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent fieldMinimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of production/assembly processes for hazardous lighting and associated challengesProven leadership, time management, and communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
