The role ensures optimal equipment performance, high service standards, and strong customer satisfaction across both workshop and field operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for technical support and service‑related queriesPerform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on heavy equipmentDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faultsConduct overhaul and component‑level repairs when requiredMaintain accurate service reports, inspection records, and maintenance logsMonitor equipment performance and identify recurring issues for improvementCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service deliveryEnsure compliance with OEM standards, safety regulations, and company policiesRequirements & QualificationsProven experience in product support, service engineering, or after‑sales supportStrong technical knowledge of heavy equipment (excavators, cranes, forklifts, etc.)Solid understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systemsAbility to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentationExcellent communication and customer‑handling skillsWillingness to travel to client sites across the UAEPreferred SkillsExperience with OEMs such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, Liebherr, or JCBPrior experience in the UAE or GCC marketFamiliarity with service management systems and reporting tools#J-18808-Ljbffr
