The company supplies and distributes high-quality products and services to Hospitals, Clinics, Laboratories, & Analytical Industries.Job BriefThe incumbent will be responsible for promoting products and services, identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to maximize profits.AccountabilitiesAdhere to Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.Market KnowledgeConduct market research to identify new potential customers.Analyze market trends to identify new products and understand their advantages and disadvantages.Plan and assist with new product releases and events.Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in professional societies.Business DevelopmentEstablish contact with new customers to inform them of our products, understand their needs and how we can help them.Provide potential customers with support, information, and guidance by performing product demonstrations and gathering their feedback.Follow up with new customers after the demo session to negotiate contracts and packages.Ensure all contract details are compliant with our rules and regulations.Follow up with Procurement & Logistics teams regarding sending products and ensuring timely delivery.MarketingCoordinate with the Marketing Department for any new materials that need to be produced.Maintain relationships with existing customers by providing support, information, and guidance.Recommend new products to existing customers as per their needs and provide support and guidance to ensure a great relationship.Perform product demonstrations for existing customers and gather their feedback.Assist customers in answering all product-related questions in a professional and timely manner.Recommend service improvements to build on the relationship.Suggest new product recommendations to increase revenue.Negotiate contracts and packages with existing customers.Maintain quality service by adhering to Zahrawi standards.Contribute to the team effort by achieving the annual target set by management and assisting the team when needed.Operating Theatre (If Applicable)Assist in surgeries by accompanying doctors and nurses, providing support with equipment-related issues during procedures.Data TrackingPrepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and maintaining accurate records of all products sold.OrdersPlace orders with the concerned purchase coordinator.InvoicingCoordinate with the Finance Department to ensure proper invoicing of the products and follow up on collection/payment.DeliveryCoordinate with the warehouse for timely deliveries.ApplicationConduct training sessions for customers.Assist customers with the equipment that is being used.Resolve any issues customers might be facing while using the equipment.REQUIREMENTSAdditional details: Candidates are preferred to be based in UAE.
