Job Description:Identifies, develops, manages and retains revenue-generating opportunities for the organization through the strategic and tactical sales and support of all product and service lines. Directly, or indirectly, manages the process from lead validation to product and services delivery, working with marketing, customer service, operations and delivery providers to ensure the highest level of supply chain management is delivered to customers. This role combines deep product and clinical expertise with strong commercial execution to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive market development, and support Ormco’s leadership in orthodontics across the MEA region.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Execution & GrowthDrive sales growth and market penetration of Ormco Wires, Brackets, and Spark Aligners within the assigned territorySupport achievement of territory objectives through effective account management, opportunity identification, and disciplined executionPartner closely with the end users, Sales Representatives and Channel Partners to execute territory and growth plansMaintain strong knowledge of competitive products, market trends, and clinical evidence by coordination with clinical and education teamCustomer Engagement & EducationBuild trusted relationships with orthodontists and key decision‑makersSupport Spark customer onboarding and ongoing case success through clinical & educational teamMarketing & Cross‑Functional CollaborationSupport execution of product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional programsCollaborate with Marketing, Education, and Operations to ensure consistent messaging and customer experienceCollect customer insights and feedback to support continuous improvementCompliance & ValuesOperate with the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism, in line with Ormco and EBSKey Performance IndicatorsSales performance vs. targetSpark Aligner case starts and active accountsGrowth and penetration of Ormco Wires & Brackets portfolioQuality and impact of customer engagements and KOL trainingsMust possess a fluent level of the English language and other languages are a plusQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Biomedical Science, or related field (Dental background preferred)2–5 years’ experience in orthodontics, dental devices, or healthcare commercial rolesSolid understanding of fixed orthodontics and/or clear aligner therapyExperience working with channel partners is an advantageKey CompetenciesCustomer‑centric mindsetStrong communication and presentation skillsLearning agility and growth mindsetResults‑oriented with strong execution disciplineAbility to work independently and manage territory prioritiesApplicants may apply for this position directly via our career page.#J-18808-Ljbffr
