Job Description

The Oncology Product Specialist is accountable for generating clinical demand for oncology brands within key accounts, proactively identifying business opportunities, presenting value propositions aligned to stakeholder needs, and recommending solutions to drive business growth.The long-term objective is to develop strategic and mutually beneficial relationships with the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT), Decision Making Unit (DMU), and other relevant stakeholders, based on strong scientific understanding. This role aims to identify the best opportunities across the oncology portfolio in order to support optimal patient outcomes and access to innovative therapies.ResponsibilitiesIdentify opportunities and strategies to improve the positioning of oncology products at a local levelWork closely with the Sales Manager to develop relevant strategies and business plans to meet targets and strengthen market positioningEngage oncology healthcare professionals (HCPs) in scientific discussions around approved indications, product efficacy/safety profiles, and treatment protocols to support on‑label prescribingEstablish and maintain long‑term collaborative relationships with key stakeholdersShare stakeholder insights with cross‑functional teams to support product development, marketing, and commercial strategiesStrengthen awareness and understanding of the oncology value proposition and product data among stakeholders within MDT and DMUUtilize various communication channels to effectively educate stakeholdersConduct science‑based discussions aligned with approved product indicationsOrganize and support round‑table meetings, scientific events, and educational sessions for healthcare professionalsDrive sales performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded within assigned budgetsPromote products using compliant, balanced messaging and appropriate promotional toolsEnsure products are utilized in accordance with local regulations, clinical guidelines, and product licensingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related medical fieldMinimum 1 year of experience as a Pharmaceutical Representative in the UAEMandatory experience in OncologyStrong communication and presentation skillsExcellent command of English and ArabicAbility to build strong professional relationships and work collaboratively#J-18808-Ljbffr
