Product / Project Manager (Technical)

Role OverviewThe Product / Project Manager will act as the bridge between product vision and engineering execution. This role requires someone who is technically literate, capable of working closely with developers, and able to drive delivery timelines while ensuring product priorities remain aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate understands how software systems interact, APIs, and technical dependencies, and can confidently coordinate development teams while ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with engineering teams to plan and deliver product features and improvementsTranslate business and product requirements into clear technical specifications and development tasksManage product backlogs, prioritize features, and coordinate development cyclesEnsure alignment between product goals and engineering executionMonitor development progress and actively pursue delivery deadlinesCoordinate with stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership teamsIdentify and resolve blockers impacting delivery timelinesEnsure high standards of product quality and executionRequirements5+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Project ManagementExperience working closely with software development teamsStrong understanding of software systems, APIs, integrations, and technical dependenciesAbility to prioritize workstreams and manage multiple development tasksExperience working in technology companies, fintech, or startup environmentsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to challenge ideas constructively and drive executionPreferred BackgroundExperience working with financial platforms, fintech, trading systems, or data platformsExperience in Agile / Scrum environmentsTechnical background in software development, engineering, or computer science is advantageous#J-18808-Ljbffr
