OverviewA leading automotive organization is seeking a Product Pricing Manager to support pricing governance, commercial competitiveness and margin performance across its vehicle and product portfolio.This role sits at the intersection of product commercial strategy and operational execution. The successful candidate will lead pricing processes, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure pricing decisions align with business objectives, market conditions and brand positioning.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging end-to-end pricing activities across assigned automotive product linesDeveloping and maintaining pricing structures that balance competitiveness, profitability and market positioningCoordinating with sales, product, finance and leadership teams to align pricing strategy and executionConducting pricing analysis based on competitor benchmarking, market trends and customer demandSupporting product launches with pricing recommendations, commercial readiness and governance approvalsMonitoring pricing performance, margins and discount effectiveness to ensure business targets are metMaintaining pricing documentation, approval workflows and clear commercial standardsIdentifying pricing risks early and proposing corrective actions when performance deviatesCommercial & Market FocusThis role operates in a dynamic automotive environment where pricing decisions impact:OEM competitivenessDealer and partner network alignmentCustomer affordability and positioningRevenue growth and profitabilityThe Pricing Manager will play a central role in ensuring pricing remains disciplined, structured and responsive to market realities.Requirements / QualificationsTo succeed in this role, candidates should bring:4 years of experience in product pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management or automotive product operationsStrong analytical skills with experience building pricing models, margin analysis and competitive benchmarkingUnderstanding of automotive commercial structures including dealer pricing, OEM programs, incentives and lifecycle pricingProven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across sales, finance, product and leadershipStrong attention to detail and comfort managing structured approval and governance processesAbility to communicate pricing decisions clearly to both technical and commercial audiencesProficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience with pricing systems is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
