For over 20 years, we have equipped leading capital market participants with algorithmic trading technology and direct connectivity to more than 80 exchanges worldwide.We are currently looking for a Product Owner – Digital Assets to join our Product Management team and define, structure and drive the development of Digital Assets capabilities within our existing multi-asset trading platform. This newly created role combines product strategy and execution: the first objective is to structure and define the Digital Assets scope, build the roadmap and position the offer through market and competitive analysis, before leading its implementation and acting as the internal reference point on Digital Assets topics.If you join us, you will:Product Strategy & Build (Primary Focus)Define the Digital Assets product vision and positioningBuild and maintain the Digital Assets roadmapConduct market and competitive analysisIdentify relevant use cases aligned with our existing client baseDefine how Digital Assets capabilities integrate within our current architectureAssess regulatory and compliance implications related to Digital Assets initiativesProduct DeliveryTranslate product vision into clear functional specificationsOwn and prioritize the backlogWork closely with Engineering teams to drive implementationEnsure alignment between roadmap objectives and deliveryInternal EnablementAct as internal reference on Digital Assets topicsSupport Sales and Client Delivery teams in understanding new capabilitiesContribute to client discussions when requiredHelp structure internal knowledge around Digital AssetsProfileMinimum 4 years of experience in Financial Markets, Electronic Trading or Digital AssetsExposure to crypto markets, tokenization or digital asset-related projectsExperience in Product Ownership, Product Management or Business AnalysisStrong understanding of trading workflows and real-time systemsAbility to structure a product line and define roadmap prioritiesAwareness of regulatory constraints related to Digital Assets environmentsComfortable working in Agile environmentsTechnical EnvironmentMulti-process core application (Java-based architecture)Real-time and low latency systemsAPI-driven integrations (REST, FIX, messaging systems)Cross-asset architecture supporting equities, derivatives and evolving Digital Assets featuresClose interaction between Product, Engineering and infrastructure teamsWhy Join UsContribute to the development of a new strategic product lineWork in a highly technical and demanding trading environmentCollaborate with experienced Product and Engineering teamsInternational exposureHorizon is an equal opportunity employer.
