The ProductAl Hilal Bank is undergoing a major digital transformation aiming to relaunch its core banking propositions and deliver modern customer‑centric digital products.The focus is on building and scaling digital banking solutions across multiple domains including:SME (business banking)Wealth managementMobile bankingRetail and family propositionsThis is a high‑impact environment where products need to be launched fast, improved continuously and aligned with both regulatory requirements and strong commercial outcomes.The PositionWe are looking for a Senior Product Owner to take full ownership of digital banking products and drive their end‑to‑end delivery from idea to launch.This is a highly hands‑on role (not people management) where you will:work closely with business tech design and risk teamsoperate in a fast‑paced evolving environmenttake responsibility for launching real banking productsYou will be expected to hit the ground running with no ramp‑up time and deliver results from day one.Your ResponsibilitiesOwn the product lifecycle end‑to‑end: ideation, roadmap, delivery, launchTranslate business goals into product roadmap epics and user storiesWork closely with engineering teams to ensure high‑quality and timely deliveryDrive product decisions using data metrics and customer insightsCollaborate with stakeholders across business technology design and risk & complianceEnsure product delivery aligns with banking regulations and internal policiesIdentify and remove blockers, manage dependencies and drive executionContinuously improve product performance and customer experienceSupport the setup and scaling of product squads and delivery processesYour ExperienceMust have:Strong experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in banking or fintechProven track record of launching products end‑to‑end (not just maintaining)Deep understanding of banking products and digital banking ecosystemsStrong understanding of regulatory and compliance environmentsHands‑on experience working with cross‑functional teams (engineering, business, design)Strong Agile experience (Scrum or scaled environments)Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independentlyExperience driving product decisions using data and KPIsNice to have:Experience in SME, Wealth, Payments or Mobile Banking domainsBackground in top‑tier fintech or digital banks (e.g. neobanks)Experience working in high‑growth or transformation environmentsExposure to Middle East or UAE banking landscapeExperience working with multiple squads or complex product setupsWhats in it for youOpportunity to play a key role in a bank‑wide digital transformationOwnership of real high‑impact banking productsFast hiring process and quick decision‑makingCompetitive compensation aligned with top fintech and banking talentDirect exposure to senior stakeholders including Chief Digital Banking leadershipAdditional InfoLocation: Abu Dhabi (onsite)Working model: MondayThursday office Friday remote#J-18808-Ljbffr
