We will respond to all qualified persons, but we are unable to respond to all the unqualified applicants due to the scale of speculative submissions.Job DescriptionDirect Line Manager: Product/Operations ManagerNext Level Manager: Commercial Operations DirectorLocation of Position: Dubai OfficePurpose of Role: The role is responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of the devices by conducting technical testing, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting the overall operations. You will act as a bridge between product, operations, suppliers and commercial teams. Platform/device/service issues are identified with resolution, and performance insights are effectively communicated to the management. The role requires a blend of technical aptitude, creative problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.Contact and Cooperation: Internal teams across Sicuro Group companies and supplier engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevice Testing and QualificationConducts comprehensive device reviews, integration, testing and qualification.Ensures device functionality and performance comply with defined specifications.Identify, troubleshoot and document all the issues encountered during testing.Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve defects and ensure devices meet operational and quality standards prior to deployment.Develop and maintain internal technical manuals and client user guides that document the full features and functionalities of the devices.Supplier Performance Review and CoordinationCoordinate and lead quarterly performance review meetings with suppliers to evaluate product performance, discuss operational issues, and align on improvement actions.Collaborate with suppliers on upcoming developments, firmware updates, product enhancements, and roadmap planning to ensure alignment with company requirements and client needs.Documentation Management and TrainingMaintains and regularly update internal and external device documentation, including user manuals, technical guides and specification sheets.Ensure all documentation accurately reflects the latest device capabilities, configurations and processes.Provide training sessions and technical briefings to the TEC team to ensure proper understanding, usage and support of devices and platforms.Operational and Product Team SupportProvide secondary support to the Operations Manager and Product Manager by assisting in day-to-day operational and product-related activitiesServes as a backup resource during periods of absence to ensure continuity of operations, product coordination and timely issue resolution.Client Performance SupportSupports the commercial team in preparing monthly client KPI and performance reports by gathering and analyzing relevant device and platform data.Identify key operational issues, trends and performance insights to provide supporting analysis in preparation to client reviews.Technical Problem SolvingTroubleshoot hardware and software issues across our suite of tracking/telematics, communication, and software platforms.Advise clients of tech.Use analytical thinking to diagnose complex technical problems.Leverage appropriate tools, including AI, to enhance efficiency and solution delivery.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve internal support processes and develop automations by leveraging AI tools and other existing systemsContribute ideas for service improvementStay current with emerging technologies relevant to our servicesISO & GDPR ComplianceResponsible to be aware, up-to-date and adhere to all related controls and policies for ISO 27001, 9001, 22301 and GDPR.QualificationsEssential3–6 years of product experience, ideally in telematics, IoT, GPS, fleet management, or SaaS-based platforms.Strong technical background or familiarity with GPS hardware, embedded systems, or IoT devices.Proven experience managing full product lifecycle (discovery → delivery → growth).Familiarity with API integrations, data platforms, and mobile/web application development.Excellent communication skills; ability to work across diverse stakeholders.Experience with Agile methodologies, product tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.).Technical background or education in a relevant field (computer science, computer engineering, IT, electronics, telecommunications, or similar)Proficiency with technology tools, including comfort with learning new systemsProficiency using AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solvingExcellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearlyStrong problem-solving abilities with a creative, adaptable approachAbility to manage, coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with ability to w
