These positions are part of the initial leadership layer, offering a rare opportunity to join at an early stage and directly influence how the business, product, and customer experience are built from the ground up.If you enjoy fast-paced environments, high ownership, and turning ideas into reality, this could be a very exciting opportunity to be part of something early and impactful.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end product roadmap from discovery to delivery—ensuring we ship the right MVP, measure what matters, and iterate fast toward product-market fit.1) Product Strategy & RoadmapDefine MVP scope, phased roadmap (MVP trust retention), and prioritization (impact vs effort)Write PRDs/user stories, acceptance criteria, and launch plans; manage backlog healthAlign cross-functional stakeholders (Tech, CX, Growth) on trade-offs, timelines, and dependencies2) Execution & IterationRun sprint cadence with engineering/design; unblock decisions dailyOwn UI/UX quality end-to-end (flows, edge cases, trust signals, onboarding, listing journey)Define analytics events + dashboards: funnels, cohorts, conversion, retentionRun experiments (A/B tests), monitor outcomes, and iterate quickly3) Voice of Customer & Quality LoopBuild feedback loops from support/community into the roadmap (top issues, root causes)Translate operational pain points into product improvements (listing, search etc)Ensure product readiness for launch: policies, comms, and operational handoffsWhat Were Looking For3-5 years End-to-end product roadmap ownership experience (consumer apps / marketplace preferred)Strong UI/UX ownership; design or development backgroundData-driven operator (funnels, cohorts, conversion, retention)Fast, structured communicator; thrives in ambiguity and high paceArabic and previous experience in the UAE is preferredCompensationUp to AED 20K/month + meaningful stock optionsCompetitive compensation + stock options; high-ownership PMF rolePreferably own visa or golden visa holder#J-18808-Ljbffr
