<div><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the design, launch, and scaling of products and services that require on-site activation and field operations, particularly in environments involving equipment, machinery, and operational deployment.</p><p>This role requires a strong blend of product strategy, execution, operational readiness, and cross-functional leadership to take products from concept to launch and ensure successful field adoption and long-term performance.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Product Strategy&Discovery</h3><ul><li>Lead the discovery, design, and development of new products and services based on market needs, customer pain points, and strategic priorities.</li><li>Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight gathering to identify new product opportunities and emerging industry trends.</li><li>Develop product strategies, roadmaps, pricing approaches, and business models aligned with customer needs and organizational objectives.</li><li>Build business cases and feasibility assessments for new products, services, and initiatives.</li><li>Define product value propositions, target segments, and success metrics.</li></ul><h3>Product Delivery&Launch</h3><ul><li>Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept, validation, and planning to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Translate product strategy into clear business and functional requirements for prototyping, development, testing, and release.</li><li>Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver products successfully and on time.</li><li>Define launch readiness plans and ensure alignment across all internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Monitor product performance and KPIs post-launch, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous iteration.</li></ul><h3>Field Activation&Operational Readiness</h3><ul><li>Lead products and initiatives that require on-site activation, field deployment, and operational coordination.</li><li>Design and manage activation models, site readiness requirements, rollout plans, and deployment checklists.</li><li>Coordinate with field teams, vendors, partners, and operational stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation on the ground.</li><li>Support the development of operating models, SOPs, service workflows, and handover requirements needed for successful field execution.</li><li>Identify operational risks, dependencies, and implementation bottlenecks, and drive mitigation plans during rollout and scale-up.</li><li>Ensure successful transition from pilot stage to full operational deployment.</li></ul><h3>Partnerships&Stakeholder Management</h3><ul><li>Assess partnership opportunities that support product launch, service delivery, or operational scale-up.</li><li>Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders, implementation partners, and external service providers.</li><li>Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and updates on product progress, launch readiness, risks, and business impact.</li><li>Facilitate alignment across strategic, technical, and operational stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption.</li></ul><h3>Minimum Experience</h3><ul><li>Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Management or a related field.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Experience</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in product management with ownership of products or services from ideation to launch.</li><li>Hands‑on experience in launching products that require field operations, on‑site activation, deployment, or operational rollout.</li><li>Strong experience in building business cases, conducting feasibility studies, and assessing market opportunities.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, commercial, and leadership teams.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li></ul><h3>Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities</h3><ul><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.</li><li>Strong marketing and product positioning knowledge.</li><li>Advanced negotiation and influencing skills.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.</li><li>Ability to manage product performance metrics and KPIs.</li><li>Knowledge of budgeting and product financial performance monitoring.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
